Maltby Food Bank Receives Grant from Employees Community Fund of Boeing
The Maltby Food Bank is excited to announce the acquisition of a new truck, made possible by a grant from The Employees Community Fund of Boeing Puget Sound (ECF). The ECF is a unique employee-owned and directed giving program that allows employees to support the needs of their local communities. The grant paid for the purchase of a new 14 foot truck to facilitate deliveries between donors in the community and the Maltby Food Bank. We are so grateful to the ECF. Thank you Boeing Employees! Additional support was provided by Albertsons through their “Fueling Fresh Rescue Grant Program”. This additional funding was used for painting and signs on the truck. Thank you Albertsons!
